As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral, somatic, and transpersonal approaches to personal growth and healing, I am committed to creating an environment that honors the multidimensional experience of each person I work with. As a fitness professional and certified personal trainer with more than a decade of experience in the fitness field, I believe that the body is the soul’s vehicle for transformation and that a well balanced physical fitness practice is essential to mental, emotional, and spiritual health.

My own personal journey, as well as training in somatic modalities, including the Nia Technique, Yoga, Action Methods, and Interpersonal Neurobiology has provided me with a deep understanding of the body's role in healing from physical and emotional trauma. This awareness informs my work with clients and helps me facilitate healing on all levels. It is my aim to assist and support my clients in learning how to move through adversity and life challenges with ease and grace, finding refuge in times of loss and hardship by maintaining a connection to the body and it's internal pharmacy.
