In her private practice, Kate provides the opportunity for others to experience the profound healing affects of initiating and sustaining a balanced physical practice that compliments and nourishes the whole person. Kate assists and supports her clients in learning how to move through adversity and life challenges with ease and grace, finding refuge in times of loss and hardship by maintaining a connection to the body and it's internal pharmacy.
